Meet Phoebe

I started Sorted by Phoebe because I know first-hand how busy home life can get…especially with children. There never seems to be enough hours in the day to get through the list. From sorting through clothes and shoes they’ve grown out of, finding the right replacements (whether that’s ordering online, popping into town, or scrolling Vinted for the perfect bits), to keeping up with the stream of birthday parties, gift buying and wrapping - it all adds up. Then there’s the kitchen drawer where all the “random bits” land… and of course planning fun days out, researching and booking the best flights and villas for our holidays - all before the holiday even begins.

That’s where I come in. I’m here to tackle the small but time consuming jobs that keep getting pushed to the back of the list. As well as the bigger tasks, from errands and admin to travel bookings and event planning.

With nine years’ experience as a Private Personal Assistant to a high net worth client, I bring discretion, organisation and a calm, can-do approach to every task.

My aim is simple: to lighten the load, free up your time and help you feel that little bit more sorted.

Sometimes it just takes a fresh pair of hands to bring order back to your space. From wardrobes and kitchen cupboards to lofts and garages, I can help declutter, rearrange and create a sense of calm.

Running errands

Life’s small jobs can take up the biggest chunks of time. Whether it’s the post office, the weekly food shop, or even taking the dog to the groomers, I’ll get it sorted so you don’t have to.

Event planning

From intimate dinner parties to milestone birthdays, I can help with all the details - liaising with caterers, styling your table or planning the party you’ve always wanted.
